Introduction of “ Modun ” Co., ltd

“Modun” Co.,Ltd is established in 1993 with the task of constructing qualified building and apartment, providing qualified and standardized product, servicing competitively and becoming leading company at the sector and now has been running activities with over 100 staffs. Field of activities are construction, export and import of building materials.

During the past period, In 13^th micro district of Bayanzurkh district apartment with service center called “Ismuss” complex, in 1th khoroo, Sukhbaatar district opposite of the Bayangol hotel apartment with service center, 9^th khoroo, Bayangol district apartment, in 2007 1600m2, “Barilga Mega Store” complex was successfully built.

Our company has successfully built and given State Commission 52-household apartment “Bogdiin undur” which locates in the area of 11^th khoroo, Khan-Uul district in 2010. By the order of the Construction, Urbanization, Planning office of the Capital family-hospital of  dormitory of University of Agriculture, “Zaisan tsagaan suvarga” apartment with khoroo’s office and police center.

The company’s “Ismuss” complex was built in 2001 became one of the top ten buildings of the year by the decision of Governor Office of Capital city, Union of Architectors and Mongolian Association of Advertisement, in 2004 Ministry of Infrastructure, Construction, Urbanization, Planning office of the Capital and Union of Mongolian Builder has named the company as one of the Mongolian top ten companies.
